Booking requests

Online pickup dates must be at least 48 hours after the time of booking (New Zealand time). A paid online booking remains Pending until our team confirms travel arrangements. For more urgent travel, contact the team to enquire about availability rather than attempting checkout inside the 48-hour window.

Cancellation information

Request cancellations in writing using our online contact option. Legacy published terms mention a 12-hour notice period and a $20 late-cancellation charge; the business must approve any updated online-only cancellation process. For prepaid transfers, the published schedule indicates a $10 administration deduction for cancellations more than 48 hours ahead, a 50% refund for cancellations 24–48 hours ahead, and no refund within 24 hours. Please verify current policies with the business before relying on this summary.

Published additional charges — editable in dashboard

  1. All transfers where the start/end journey is NOT between the airport and a residential address require payment in advance.
  2. Payment is online only. CASH may be accepted only with prior arrangement at the Manager’s discretion. Online card payments may incur an applicable additional charge or an applicable additional charge (whichever is higher), subject to current policy and NZ legal requirements.
  3. One check-in bag not more than 23 kg (NZ health and safety requirements) and one carry-on bag per person are included in the Shuttle fare. Each additional bag is charged an applicable additional charge per item.
  4. Extra suitcases, golf bags and prams: an applicable additional charge per item. Surfboards and bike boxes: an applicable additional charge per item.
  5. Any heavy, unlisted items must be quoted when the passenger informs the team before the transfer.
  6. Any undeclared oversized luggage may be charged at pickup: an applicable additional charge per item, payable before the transfer.
  7. Soiling or rubbish left in the shuttle bus may incur an applicable additional charge cleaning charges.
  8. Arrival services are Meet and Greet transfers and may incur an additional an applicable additional charge charge.
  9. For international arrivals, the driver aims to arrive 30 minutes after flight arrival and wait up to one hour. Additional waiting may be charged.
  10. Jobs between 22:00 and 06:00 may incur an after-hours surcharge of an applicable additional charge.
  11. Public Holiday bookings may incur an additional an applicable additional charge surcharge.
  12. Additional pick-ups are charged accordingly, starting from an applicable additional charge per pickup.
  13. Additional waiting during arrival pickup of over 15 minutes is charged at an applicable additional charge for each 15 minutes.
  14. Cruise/Ferry Terminals and Train/Bus Stations are treated as Arrival transfers and charged accordingly.
  15. Urgent bookings within 48 hours require staff confirmation. An extra fee only applies when enabled in the dashboard.

Customer privacy

Information submitted through a booking form is intended for handling travel requests and contacting customers. Administrators should secure website access and configure the business privacy notice and retention policy prior to launch.
